Level Clear is a platform by J Brandon Foster designed to help people reevaluate their relationship with alcohol. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

What Level Clear Is Not

Level Clear is not a medical service, therapy, or treatment program. It is a peer-guided educational and community platform. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or severe withdrawal symptoms, contact a healthcare professional immediately.

Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Level Clear
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings

Community Guidelines

When posting in the community, you agree to:

• Be respectful and supportive of others on their journey
• Not post content that is hateful, abusive, or harassing
• Not share personal information about other members
• Not spam, promote products, or post misleading content
• Not impersonate other users or public figures

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (posts, comments, journal entries). By posting to the community, you grant Level Clear a license to display that content to other users of the platform.

Journal entries and reflections are private. Only you can see them, and they are deleted when you delete your account.

Intellectual Property

The Level Clear platform, including all challenge content, classroom content, design, and code, is the property of J Brandon Foster. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Level Clear is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any outcomes related to your use of the platform. Your journey is your own responsibility.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
